Project Director

K. J. Harrowick is a freelance developer and graphic designer, the creator of Winterviews, and co-creator of Writer In Motion and Rewrite It Club. With a passion for secondary fantasy worlds like those found in the books of Andre Norton, Ivan Cat and Rand & Robin Miller, she now writes her own bizarre fantasy and science fiction stories, usually with their own fantasy languages. Currently she resides in the rainy Pacific Northwest where she works with a broad range of client projects, plots how to destroy her characters’ lives, and occasionally falls down rabbit holes.

Content Manager

Ellie Doores is a budding new author who writes middle grade fiction. She’s halfway through her first manuscript and going strong. By day, she supports hospitals across the United States as a senior system engineer. By night, she loves to try out new cooking recipes and new crochet patterns. She joined the Winterviews team for the winter of 2020. She lives in the midwest with her cat Luna.

Director of Communications

Lexi Miles is an award-winning romance author. She currently resides in California. She has one sister named Chloe (also an author) and is a proud pup mom of two mischievous Yorkies. Tropical warm spots and out of the way ranches are Lexi’s favorite escapes. Lexi, a huge fan of positivity, loves to giggle, and is delighted when she can help someone else smile while reading her books. Whenever possible, Lexi loves a good in-home TV/movie binge. She also enjoys music (all genres), baseball, bubble baths, cooking, and long walks on the treadmill (aka working out). As far as writing, she fell in love with it early on in life, and now writes romances about strong female characters who discover who they are and the unique strength being in love gives someone when facing life’s many challenges. Lexi is growing a cult following for both her poetry and romance novels (sweet to alarmingly spicy) and believes that love—all forms—is the most precious gift that we are given in life. She is thrilled to pen romance, and all of that comes with it on paper! Lexi published her debut novel, Custom Fit, in December 2015 and now has multiple published titles. Lexi has partnered with Winterviews since 2016 and is a co-host of the writer community #foodparty.
